CONVERSATION ROOM RESERVATION VIA TELEPHONE

A                    : Reservation Staff
B                    : Guest

A     : “Good morning, Edotel Hotel reservation, This is Natih , How May I assist you?”
B     : “I Would like to make a reservation please.”
A     : “Sure madam, May I know the  type of room do you want, and how long do you want to stay with us and for how many person?
B     : “I Would like to have a suite room for the 17th of June 2016 until the 20th of June 2016 for 2 person.
A     : “Would you like to hold the line please madam, I would like to check the room availability on the periode.”
B     : “Yes, please.”

***** Reservation staff check the conventional chart *****

A     : “Thank you for holding madam. You are very lucky because one suite room still available for you on that period. May I explain to you about the room and hotel facilities?”
B     : “Yes please…”
A     : “Well madam, our suite room facilities such us : private balcony with garden view, dining room, kitchen net, telephone, minibar, TV with national and international channel, air conditioner, wardrobe complete with safety box, and bath room facilities such us shower, bathtub, toilet bowl and wash basin complete with hot and cold running water.
        And hotel facilities such us :  restaurant and bar, meeting room, laundry service, salon and beauty, sport area and parking area. The rate is Rp. 450.000 Nett per night include to daily breakfast for 2 people. Well madam, would you like to take this room?”
B     : “It’s sound fantastic, I take the room.”
A     : “Sure madam...Let me complete the reservation form madam,  Could I have your name please?”
B     : “Yes, my first name is Leony, and surname is Marsay”
A     : “How do you spell your name madam?”
B     : “Leony are L for London, E for Echo, O for Oscar, N for November, Y for Yellow and Marsay are M for Micky, A for Alfa, R for Romeo, S for Sierra A  for Alfa and Y for Yellow.
A     : “Sure Mrs. Leony Marsay, Would you like to tell me your flight number detail on your arrival and departure please?”
B     : “I will arrive with GA 505 at 10 AM, and departure with QZ 123 at 01.00 PM.”
A     : “Thank you  Mrs.  Leony. Do you have any special request?”
B     : “Yes … could I arrange airport pick up, please?”
A     : “Of course Mrs. Leony. For your information, the airport pick up will be surcharge Rp. 250.000 / car. It’s fine for you?”
B     : “Alright …”
A     : “May I know how do you will settle your guest account? In our hotel we receive AMEX, BANK AMER, and DC.”
B     : “I’ll pay by AMEX.”
A     : “Sure Miss Leony, according to our standard, we need deposit 1 night room rate to guarantee your reservation. Could I get your credit card number and the expired date please?”
B     : “Alright … 37123 45671 33312 and the expired date is in January 2017.”
A     : “Thank you Mrs. Leony, May I know your contact number and your email please?”
B     : “Of course … 612345 and my email is leony@home.com
A     : “Alright Miss Leony, Could I have your current address please?”
B     : “I live at 25 Davis St. Barcelona.”
A     : “Certainly Mrs. Leony. May I repeat your reservation?”
A     : “Well, You book one suite room for 3 nights start from 17th of June -  20th of June 2016.Your room rate is  Rp. 450.000 nett per night include to daily breakfast for 2 pax. The room charge and other expenses will be cover by AMEX Personal Account. Your credit card number is 37123 45671 33312  and expired date is in January 2017. You have special request for airport pick up with flight detail GA 505 at 10 AM. Airport pick up will surcharge IDR. 250.000/car. Your phone number is 612345  and email  Leony@home.com. Your home address is 25 Davis St. Barcelona. Are those correct Mrs. Marsay?”
B     : “Yes.. Correct”
A     : “Sure, Miss Leony Marsay, we are pleased to confirm your reservation. Our driver will pick you up by Avanza. He will be stand by at the arrival gate with your name and hotel name on the paging board. Is there anything else that we can do for you Miss Leony?”
B     : “No… thanks …”
A     :“Alright Miss Leony. Thank you so much for your trust and interest in our service and facilities. Confirmation letter will be sent to your email as soon as possible. If you need any further assistance, don’t be hesitate to contact us via email or telephone. We are looking forward to welcoming you on 17th of June. ”
B     : “Thank you… good bye…”

A     : “With my pleasure Miss Leony Marsay, Good bye.
